Job Role
Independent troubleshooting within SLA
Manage Customer escalations
Implementation of Six sigma projects
Identify avenue for value adds and present value add summary
Troubleshooting technical issues related to
Network/Server/Storage devices
Handling tickets/Requests
Ensuring Datacentre uptime according to SLAs
Implementing new technologies and Design changes
Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level
Responsible for building and maintaining Test environment

Qualification:
2013 B.Tech/BE in circuit branches (CS, IT, ECE, EEE, E&I)
60% throughout in academics
No standing arrears and ready to relocate
Willing to relocate anywhere in India/Abroad
Willing to sign a service agreement of 18 months and
probation of 15 months
Willing to work in 24*7 environment
