Resolve and Solve the problems successfully, resolvable all technical issues and moderate the system (take care of both hardware ware and software issue) satisfy the customers requirement.

Good problem solving skills and handle the hardware and software issues

Good knowledge on Internet protocol, FTP protocols, IP configuration and resolve some hardware issues.

Candidate should manage the calls and interact with customers and clear their issues.

Good communication skills and verbal writing skills.
